La exposición acoge 22 óleos y dibujos que recorren la intensa relación que Jorge Rando mantiene con la naturaleza a través de su ciclo de Paisajes, en el que rompe con las directrices de la horizontalidad.
Surge la filosofía en su pintura con el sino indefectible de la espiritualidad. Necesita el pintor retornar al lugar donde siempre encuentra intensidad artística y humana, la naturaleza, para presentarla al observador como un ente propio, reclamando su identidad a través de la conceptualidad de su pintura, no del artista sino de quien la observa.

Manchas de color y líneas verticales… un paisaje. Se enfrenta el artista a esa batalla constante entre la mancha y la línea, reflejo de la lucha interior del pintor ante el lienzo en blanco.
